Some items cannot be legally exported from the United States. Please review our restricted and prohibited goods list before creating your shipment to ensure your package can be delivered to its destination.

Can I ship e-bikes, hoverboards, or electric scooters with Boundr?

No. Self-propelled vehicles such as e-bikes, hoverboards, and electric scooters cannot be shipped through Boundr because they contain lithium-ion batteries, which are considered dangerous goods.

What happens if I try to ship restricted or prohibited goods?

Carriers will not ship any items prohibited by country, state, or local laws or regulations. Shipping restricted or prohibited items may result in your items being seized or destroyed, as well as fines, penalties, and/or legal enforcement by the destination country's government. Boundr Protect will not compensate you for these items.
