With Boundr Protect, you can file a claim for your package value up to $500 if your package is lost or stolen before delivery. This coverage can be purchased when you create your shipment for $2.99 per $100 of merchandise value. Boundr Protect does not cover prohibited or restricted goods.

If you purchased Boundr Protect coverage and your package is lost or stolen before delivery, you can file a claim for the value of the package contents up to US$500.00. Boundr does not cover the loss of prohibited or restricted items.

Boundr Protect covers your shipment if it is lost or stolen before delivery, but does not protect against damage. To ensure your package is delivered safely, it’s important to pack the items securely in a sturdy, unused cardboard box, padded envelope, or cardboard mailing tube.
