Why is Boundr closing its service?

After careful consideration, we've made the difficult decision to discontinue the Boundr service. The website's final day of operation will be on October 1, 2025

Can I  create an account or send packages before October 1?

Starting July 1, 2025, Boundr's Order & Account Creation functionality will be disabled. After this date, new orders and account registrations will no longer be accepted.

Question 3

Can I still track my existing orders after the website closes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You will still be able to track your orders after the website closes. Simply visit your selected carrier’s website and enter your tracking number to view the status of your shipment. We are continuing to work with our carrier partners to ensure all packages are delivered successfully.

Question 4

Will existing orders be affected by this closure?

Accepted Answer

No. Existing orders will not be affected. All active shipments will be processed as usual, and tracking information will remain available.

What payment methods does Boundr accept?

Accepted Answer

Boundr accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, JCB, Discover, and UnionPay.

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Boundr log in page and click “Don’t remember your password?”. Enter your email address and we'll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
